This version should be safe but I am not going to pay the $200.00 dollars required to purchase a code signing certificate for 365 days every year as to avoid the Windows security check on install until I have finished the web version.
I already pay $20.00 per year for the domain name and $150 per year for the web hosting service and $20.00 per year for the secure socket layer certificate.
Just bypass the security check.
I figure it's safe.
